As a tech sales development representative at Whova, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, helping event organizers harness the power of our event management software to achieve their goals. This role is ideal for someone sales-minded who is looking for a career path that offers a future in sales, marketing, or account management. Your primary focus will be developing prospective customer relationships and sales opportunities through email and outbound calling.

Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ‘ญ Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers

๐Ÿ“ž Engage prospects via phone, email, and outbound calls from leads or contact list generated by marketing

Qualify prospects and manage a pipeline to close

โš™๏ธ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

๐Ÿ“– Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products and benefits

๐ŸŽฏ Successfully achieve sales quotas

๐Ÿ“Š Accurately report on activity related to customer interactions via CRM

What we offer:

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $45K-$60K (including commissions after the training period). The salary depends on experience in B2B sales (sales development or closing experience, cold calling, software as a service sales experiences, door-to-door sales etc.)
