Product Data Analyst

A rapidly scaling healthcare technology company is looking for a Product Data Analyst to join its product team. The company is building a nationwide network of excellence for specialty care and transforming the way patients access surgery, infusions, and cancer care. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and strategy—enabling smarter decision-making and powerful insights that directly impact millions.

Role:
As a Product Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving insights and building scalable data solutions across products focused on provider networks and third-party administrators. You’ll work closely with product managers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to centralize fragmented healthcare data, create robust dashboards, and support roadmap initiatives through advanced analytics and experimentation.

🔹 Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support TPA and payor-provider product lines
🔹 Ingest and transform structured/unstructured data into actionable insights
🔹 Enable A/B testing frameworks and build pipeline validation systems
🔹 Analyze the provider and member journey to improve the overall care experience
🔹 Document analytics requirements and create intuitive reporting systems
🔹 Champion modern data tools and cloud-native architecture for scalability

Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally in product or healthcare environments
✅ Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
✅ Experience with data lakehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory)
✅ Strong grasp of healthcare data standards (e.g., 837, 270/271) and provider data
✅ Track record of building robust, automated ETL pipelines
✅ Familiarity with A/B testing, engagement metrics, and funnel analysis
✅ Ability to manage multiple datasets and uncover business insights
✅ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Data Science or Engineering is a plus
✅ Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
✅ Bonus: Experience with CMD shell and PowerShell scripting
