What You’ll Do
Government Contract & Proposal Research
- Identify and analyze open solicitations from federal, state, and municipal government procurement portals (SAM.gov, state portals, etc.).
- Use AI tools to summarize and extract bid requirements, deadlines, and compliance terms.
Proposal Writing & RFP Response Development
- Assist in drafting and refining proposals and contract submissions.
- Use pre-trained large language models (LLMs) to auto-generate outlines, compliance matrices, and narrative responses.
- Work alongside project managers and business development leads to build persuasive, accurate bids.
Procurement Strategy & Analytics
- Monitor trends in government spending across industries (sports, technology, education, public health, etc.).
- Assist in developing predictive models and opportunity forecasting using AI-enhanced research tools.
AI Integration & Government Communications
- Use proprietary internal AI systems to simulate agency responses, flag missing compliance items, and simulate scoring.
- Draft communications with contracting officers and procurement officials to clarify scope or requirements.

Requirements
- Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and analytical skills.
- Interest or coursework in government, business law, public policy, or related fields.
- Basic familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools (we’ll train you on advanced LLM use).

- Monday at 9:00 AM MST
- Wednesday at 10:00 AM MST
- Friday at 8:00 AM MST
- (SkillBridge participants: Thursday at 9:00 AM MST)
