Associate Attorney
We are a Civil Litigation Public Entity Defense Firm located in San Bernardino seeking associates to join a growing practice. We are looking for new associates with one to three years of experience willing to learn and take on more responsibility. Experience handling employment litigation would be highly valued. Must have excellent work ethic, high-level legal research and writing skills, and be positive and productive.

Responsibilities
- Case Management
- Preparation of motions oppositions, replies, and other court pleadings.
- Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses.
- Prepare/Respond to written discovery.
- Assessment of damages claims.
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experience
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
