Freelance Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time, Entry-Level)

Location: Remote
Hours: 5–10 hours/week (project-based and flexible)
Compensation: Hourly / Based on experience

SOCIABLL is a boutique marketing agency specializing in brand strategy and content-driven storytelling. We work with small businesses, founders, and startups to build impactful digital presences across social and experiential platforms.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Coordinator to support content creation, calendar management, and social media execution for client accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads.

This is an entry-level role ideal for an undergraduate student or someone early in their social media marketing career. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with brands from a variety of industries and play a key role in helping them show up consistently and authentically online.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update social media content calendars

Design simple, on-brand graphics in Canva for Instagram and other platforms

Assist with short-form video creation (Reels/TikTok), including filming and editing

Help manage and repurpose content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads

Conduct basic trend research, caption writing, and idea generation

Collaborate with SOCIABLL’s founder and clients to ensure content aligns with brand strategy

Track and organize assets for each client’s content bank

Qualifications:

Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and basic video editing tools

A self-starter who’s organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback

Comfortable filming content or directing others in a shoot setting

Must provide examples of past content or social media work (even personal or student projects)

Preferably a current undergrad or recent graduate pursuing a career in marketing or communications

Bonus if you have:

Experience with Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Threads

Light copywriting or caption writing experience

A knack for keeping up with digital trends and pop culture
