Field Sales Representative
PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage, an Integrity partner, is seeking a full-time Field Representative. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others succeed. This position requires approximately 50-75% travel throughout the state of Iowa and its bordering communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Regularly call on existing health and life agents, to maintain strong relationships and address any needs or concerns.
- Identify and engage potential new agents, presenting the benefits of partnering with PIPAC.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure field activity directly feeds leadership team initiatives.
- Drive sales by promoting our insurance products, technology and services. Work collaboratively with agents to achieve their sales targets.
- Keep up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights and updates to agents.
- Offer guidance and support to agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and business strategies to help them grow their business.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with agents, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Provide relevant and timely feedback to management from the field on areas for improvement and potential new opportunities.
Primary Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service and sales management, or equivalent industry experience.
- Health and Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
