The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern with a sharp eye for detail and strong research skills to join our team for an internship. This can be a semester based internship or a part-time role that is maintained while you’re in school. This internship is ideal for someone interested in sales development, market research, and marketing automation.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying and qualifying new prospects, including companies, contacts, and key decision makers. You’ll also support our CRM and marketing campaigns, helping us scale outreach and accelerate pipeline generation.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify new leads, accounts, and buyer personas across target industries
- Use tools like RocketReach and LinkedIn to find accurate contact info
- Organize and enter new leads into Salesforce CRM
- Assist with outbound email campaign setup and tracking in Pardot and Mailchimp
- Monitor campaign performance and support list segmentation
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to refine target profiles
Requirements:
- Working towards a degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing or related field
- Proven ability to conduct thorough market and contact research using digital platforms
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM and outreach platforms (Salesforce, RocketReach, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Interest in sales development, demand generation, or B2B marketing
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Mailchimp, or RocketReach
- Familiarity with email marketing, list segmentation, or basic HTML
- Coursework or experience in business, marketing, communications, or data analysis
