Digital Marketing & Design Intern

Digital Marketing & Design Intern

Lehi, Utah | Part-Time | In-Person | Paid Internship (3–4 months, with potential to extend)

Vera Hair Co. is a modern hair extension brand built for the stylist. Known for clean aesthetics, high-touch service, and industry-shifting quality, we make it easier for professionals to grow their extension business—and we’re growing fast.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Intern to join us on-site at our Lehi, Utah studio. This is a part-time, hands-on role ideal for a college student or recent grad looking to build real experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and brand design.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the marketing team with day-to-day design and campaign execution—including:

  • Designing emails and SMS graphics using Canva and Photoshop
  • Creating static ads for Instagram and Pinterest
  • Assisting with layout and design for sales flows, landing pages, and email automations
  • Organizing design files and prepping content for campaign launches
  • Collaborating on new product drops, promos, and seasonal campaign planning

You’ll be working within Vera’s brand suite (fonts, colors, layouts) and get exposure to how a real DTC brand designs with performance in mind. This is not a theory-based internship—you’ll leave with real work in your portfolio.

Who You Are

  • A current student or recent grad in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in Canva and Photoshop (you know your way around the tools—even if you're still learning the polish)
  • Interested in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands and how they speak visually
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a real-world setting
  • Comfortable with feedback and quick turnarounds
  • Bonus: You have a portfolio or a few design samples ready to share

Details

  • Location: On-site at Vera Hair Co. in Lehi, Utah
  • Hours: 10–15 hours/week, flexible around class schedules
  • Duration: 3–4 months, with opportunity to grow into a long term position
  • Compensation: Paid hourly (rate shared upon interview)

Why This Role Matters

We’re a small, driven team building something with care and ambition. This role is a chance to get real exposure to creative direction, performance marketing, and campaign planning inside a modern brand. You’ll be designing for a reason—not just to look pretty.

To Apply:
Send your resume and 2–3 design samples (or a portfolio link) to [your email here]. Applications without visuals will not be considered.
