Your Mission: Build Revenue, Relationships & Recognition
As a Sports Advertising, Sponsorship, & Marketing Intern, you won’t just sit in on calls—you’ll help lead the conversation. From pitching to partners to planning major marketing rollouts, you’ll support executive leadership in crafting campaigns, closing deals, and creating lasting partnerships across the sports ecosystem.

Innovating Sales Strategy
Help develop and coordinate high-impact advertising sales and sponsorship strategies for everything from college athletics to global sporting events. -
Executing Smart Outreach
Identify, pitch, and follow up with potential clients and sponsors. Create proposals, schedule meetings, and learn how to close real deals. -
Bridging Sales & Marketing
Work with our executive team and marketing managers to align advertising efforts with campaign goals, brand identity, and product rollouts. -
Strengthening Brand Partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, clients, media contacts, and agencies. Assist in the coordination of ad installations, promotional content, and partner activations. -
Research-Driven Decisions
Analyze emerging markets, track competitor strategies, and evaluate new sponsorship techniques to support long-term growth.

Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST, Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST, Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
(SkillBridge participants also attend Thursdays @ 9:00 AM MST) - You’re a current undergraduate majoring in one of the following (or a related field):
Marketing, Sports Management, Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Social Media
You bring the hustle and the polish:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for advertising, media sales, and partnership building
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects
- Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Ready to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, MS Office Suite, and social platforms
- Bonus if you know basic HTML, Canva, or CRM systems!
