About the Job:
Do you want to gain real-world working experience with a fast-growing company that places an emphasis on being at the forefront of logistical technology innovation? CDS Logistics & Home Services is seeking a talented and technically savvy information technology-focused student to partake in a fast-paced, enriching internship where you will learn and gain hands-on experience while working within the System Support, Data Analysis, and Marketing departments. We anticipate this internship to last for 6-8weeks over the Summer Semester with at least 20 hours per week of availability between our operating hours. This position will report onsite and can be used in conjunction with university course credit.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Explore and test AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, copilots, automation bots) to support business tasks
- Design, write, and refine prompt templates for use with AI models.
- Assist in prompt engineering to drive better AI outputs for business functions.
- Clean, structure, and align data within the Salesforce platform to ensure consistency and integrity.
- Support Salesforce report building, dashboard maintenance, and user support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on tool configurations or AI use cases.
- Document findings, experiments, and outcomes for training and future reference.
- Ability to maintain a large set of paper and digital records.
- Prepare data for computer entry through the digital scanning process.
- Able to manage and replicate a process of scanning and digitally filing documents.
- Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain an organized filing system, from paper to digital.
- Responsible for reviewing and auditing data for completeness.
- Assist with digital and automated marketing projects.
- Support the design and development of digital marketing content for core business initiatives.
- Support the design and creation of automated marketing processes.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This position is part time (between Monday – Friday 8:30am -5:00pm) The schedule can be flexible surrounding school hours, with at least 16-20 hours of availability per week.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position will also require operations within a warehouse and field environment
