Job Summary:
ASR International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Costing/Pricing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost and pricing analysis, developing cost estimating models, and supporting the development of price proposals for Government contracts. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost and pricing analysis and support development of price proposals for Government contracts, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts.
- Support and actively participate in developing cost estimating models and strategies based on RFP analysis, competitive price-to-win analysis, and analysis of historical cost performance.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and comprehensive pricing is developed in accordance with Government requirements.
- Compile and analyze historical cost and pricing data to develop compliant cost narrative volumes, including mandatory narrative elements, in response to formal solicitations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including program
managers, proposal managers, and contract managers. - Stay up-to-date with changes in Government regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA / MS/ BS / PhD
preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with government contracting and procurement regulations is a plus.
