We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a friendly, fast-paced team in Bethlehem, PA! This is a temp-to-hire position with great potential for long-term growth.

You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly—handling invoices, working with customers, solving billing issues, and making sure payments are on track. If you enjoy variety in your day and like working with both people and numbers, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating and sending accurate invoices—on time, every time
• Reviewing billing info to catch any mistakes before they become issues
• Keeping clear and organized billing records
• Following up on unpaid invoices and helping to get payments in the door
• Chatting with clients to resolve billing questions and make sure they’re happy
• Learning the ins and outs of your assigned customer accounts
• Teaming up with other departments to sort out billing hiccups
• Jumping in to help with month-end tasks
• Staying up to date on billing best practices and guidelines
• And helping out wherever else you’re needed!

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business (Bachelor’s is even better!)
• Some knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Great multitasker who can juggle deadlines with ease
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable emailing and chatting with clients
• Confident with Microsoft Excel and Word; ERP experience is a big plus
• A natural problem-solver who doesn’t mind a little challenge
