Marketing & Enrollment Assistant
We are a growing education organization focused on early childhood through college-prep education. We are seeking an Marketing & Enrollment Operations Coordinator to execute marketing efforts with a focus on driving long-term student enrollment and building upon the brand. This is a great role at the intersection of education and marketing for someone who is creative and operationally detailed. The individual will report to the head of Marketing. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Support marketing initiatives with the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
- Support School Directors with communication and follow up with prospective parents with a focus on enrollment.
- Research, write, and schedule blog post content.
- Assist with updating and developing webpage content.
- Develop email marketing/newsletter content and create campaigns in Mailchimp.
- Manage and maintain prospect lists.
- Analyze marketing data to determine marketing efficiency - pull monthly social media & website reports.
- Ensure creative marketing material undergoes regular review and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Help with coordination of events such as open houses, school events, etc.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Things That Should Be In Your Background
- 1-2 years experience in marketing/school enrollment operations; experience with education related marketing is highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing engaging content/materials
- Comfortable with engaging with prospective families by phone, virtual, and in-person sessions.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Experience managing websites and social media channels
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM and social media marketing a plus.
