Key Responsibilities:
- Media Research & List Building: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant journalists, influencers, media outlets, and organizations for potential partnerships and coverage. Assist in building and maintaining comprehensive media lists.
- PR Content Support: Help draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other communication materials to promote ENSPIRE Magazine's initiatives, content, and events.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor media coverage and track mentions of ENSPIRE Magazine and related topics, compiling reports on media presence and sentiment.
- Outreach & Engagement: Support outreach efforts to media contacts, assisting with follow-ups and coordination for interviews or features.
- Press Kit & Promotional Materials: Assist in organizing and managing digital press kits and other promotional materials.
- Reputation Management: Learn and contribute to strategies for maintaining a positive public image for ENSPIRE Magazine.
- Event PR Support: Provide PR support for ENSPIRE Magazine events, assisting with media coordination and promotion.
