We’re currently seeking a skilled Video Content Creator to help us grow our social media presence through engaging short-form videos and behind-the-scenes visual storytelling.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on creative role focused on filming, editing, and posting short videos across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for generating ideas, shooting content in-office or on-location, editing quickly, and publishing content that reflects our tone, energy, and professionalism.

We’re not looking for a marketer — we’re looking for a creator who’s comfortable with a camera, knows how to tell a story in under 60 seconds, and can take raw footage and turn it into something polished, bold, and attention-grabbing.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and internal use
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify content opportunities
• Plan and execute video shoots, including setup, lighting, and sound (when needed)
• Add captions, effects, transitions, and branding to keep content on-message
• Publish regularly and manage platform-specific optimization (dimensions, sound, etc.)
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments that showcase company culture and operations
• Maintain a content calendar and meet weekly publishing goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, videography, or social-first video editing
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social trends (especially on Instagram/TikTok)
• Ability to shoot and edit content end-to-end
• Comfortable directing others on camera and capturing natural, authentic moments
• Full-time availability for on-site work in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, starting June 2025

Nice to Have

• Spanish fluency – strong advantage
• Basic photography/editing for thumbnails or static content
• Experience in fast-paced environments or with startup-style content
• Interest in business, finance, or startup culture (not required but helpful)
