A Day in the Life at Our Practice

Where Excellence Meets Purpose—Every Single Day

Imagine walking into a place where you’re not just another provider—you’re a key part of a thriving, respected, and technology-forward eye care team that has served its community for over 65 years.

Your morning begins as part of our Cataract & Refractive Team, supporting both pre- and post-operative care in a setting that blends advanced technology with deeply personalized care. You’ll guide guests through premium IOL options—including presbyopia-correcting lenses, EDOFs, torics, and monofocals—and collaborate closely with our surgeons to help each person see their world more clearly.

From there, you might support a LASIK, PRK, ICL, or CLE consultation, manage a complex dry eye case using cutting-edge diagnostics and therapies, or follow up with a glaucoma guest post-MIGS procedure.

You’ll also co-manage guests with diabetic retinopathy, AMD, and other chronic conditions through our comprehensive medical retina service line.

You’re never alone in this. You’re supported by a highly skilled, mission-aligned team—including certified ophthalmic techs, trained scribes, optical professionals, billing experts, and a triage team that is second to none. Every team member shares a commitment to integrity, compassion, and excellence, creating a rhythm of care that is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply fulfilling.
