Client Service Representative
Provide support for membership & client service, Sentrilock, store, billings, education, events, MLS, and other inquiries from members and the public.
- Assist callers with website navigation; refer to outside resources/agencies as appropriate.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Pickup newspaper; sort daily mail, drop-off afternoon mail
- Performs other tasks as needed by the department or other departments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- Team player with excellent customer service skills over phone, email and in person
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with professionalism
- Minimum 2 years office environment experience
- Posting payments and cashier experience desired
- Demonstrated effectiveness in multi-tasking, solving problems, dealing with difficult people and accuracy in work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work as a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and the Internet
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
