We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Logistics Leader to oversee inventory management, equipment logistics, and supply chain coordination, ensuring seamless support for our dynamic event operations.

Role Overview:

In this full-time, salaried (W2) role based in Chicago, you'll play a crucial part in managing the comprehensive logistics lifecycle for EXACT Sports events, including ID Camps, All-State Games, and International Trips. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will directly contribute to the success of each event.

What You'll Do:

  • Inventory Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of all equipment and apparel through detailed inventory records, ensuring secure storage and precise data entry.
  • Equipment Distribution & Shipping Coordination: Create detailed packing lists, manage optimal equipment rotations, and oversee timely and accurate shipping to event locations.
  • Procurement & Supply Chain Support: Assist with ordering and procurement of apparel, signage, and supplies for both domestic and international events, managing vendor interactions and verifying deliveries.
  • Operational Support & Process Improvement: Provide proactive support to event teams, prepare contingency logistics plans, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfort using inventory management systems and data entry tools
  • Physical capability to handle and manage event equipment and apparel
  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive issue resolution

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with youth sports events or similar fast-paced operational environments
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and inventory management software
  • Passion for sports and athlete development
