Are you looking for a job that can support water resources management of the State of California with your insight, knowledge, and modeling and data analysis skills?  Discover your full potential and develop your career with us!  The Department of Water Resources’ Modeling Support Office’s (MSO) Central Valley Modeling Section is seeking qualified candidates who can solve complex challenges associated with Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta (the Delta) and beyond.

Under the supervision of a Senior Engineer, Water Resources in the Central Valley Modeling Section of the Modeling Support Office, the incumbent is responsible for conducting water supply planning studies of the State Water Project (SWP) and Central Valley Project (CVP) operations using DWR's Water Resources Integrated Modeling System (WRIMS) simulation engine and analyzing study results.

This is a Limited Term position that may be extended up to an additional 12 months (24 months maximum).
