Participant Services Coordinator

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple Plan Consultants. The main duties of this position are assisting Plan Participants. This includes fielding phone calls, completing paperwork, and answering general plan‐related questions. This position will require strong organizational skills, a good knowledge of accounting, and strong communication skills with the ability to multitask. This is an entry level position that will help establish knowledge of retirement fundamentals. This is a full‐time position from 9am to 5pm in the Grand Blanc Office. The expectation for this position is to learn the business of Pension Administration and advance within the company.

 

Ideal candidates would only be in this position less than 12 months before being promoted with greater responsibilities.
