We are currently hiring an Events Assistant to join our expanding team! This is an exciting opportunity for outgoing, ambitious individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, while earning uncapped commission paid weekly.
We work with well-known clients across various industries, helping them increase their brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market reach through live events and in-person promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients at live events, trade shows, retail promotions, and pop-up campaigns across Louisville
- Engage with customers face-to-face to promote client products/services
- Deliver personalized, professional customer experiences that build brand loyalty
- Assist in setting up and managing branded event displays and marketing materials
- Generate new customer sign-ups and sales through direct interaction
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing strategies and maximize results
- Track campaign performance and customer feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability to work full-time and commute to our office and local event sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, confident, and comfortable engaging with people in busy environments
- Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and a desire to grow
- No previous experience required—training provided!
