Job Summary:
As a team member in a State Farm agent's office, you will be an integral part of building strong relationships with customers while promoting and selling insurance products and services. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with policy changes and updates.
- Educate customers about State Farm products and services, including auto, home, life, health, and business insurance.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, follow up with leads, and generate new business opportunities.
- Process applications, payments, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media, community events, and referral programs.
- Uphold State Farm's commitment to ethical business practices and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is a plus but not required.
- Must obtain and maintain applicable state insurance licenses (training and support provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
