25-26 CAA Alumni Engagement and Recruitment VISTA

The 2025-2026 VISTA at Coach Across America, based in Baltimore, will be part the cohort of 73. The CAA VISTA placed at Coach Across America will design and implement multiple strategies to increase alumni engagement, as well as creating systems and processes to support the recruitment of coaches across CAA markets. Responsibilities will include: Design and curation of an alumni engagement experience to improve alumni participation with Coach Across America. Increasing career readiness support to alumni of Coach Across America post service. Creating a strong and focused coach recruitment plan for new and existing CAA coaches markets for coaching staff to implement. Increasing meaningful opportunities for women and girls in sport by growing our She Changes The Game initiative.
