We’re growing and looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our construction team.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager/Estimator will play a key role in both preconstruction and construction phases. This dual-role position is responsible for producing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating (Preconstruction):

Analyze construction documents, specifications, and site conditions to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors.

Develop budgets for internal review and client proposals.

Track historical cost data and industry pricing trends to improve estimating accuracy.

Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and value engineering exercises.

Project Management (Construction):

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal Construction Manager to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

Maintain project schedules and budgets; proactively manage delays and cost impacts.

Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews.

Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
