Receptionist
Position Overview:
- Premium Credit Bureau is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the face of our office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and all inquiries, the receptionist plays a critical role in delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk operations, and supporting key administrative tasks related to credit reporting and property screening services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
- Handle mail distribution, scanning, filing, and office supply inventory
- Perform light data entry and support compliance documentation processes
- Quickly answer client calls and resolve questions about account settings and service use.
- Uphold confidentiality and data sensitivity in line with FCRA compliance
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
- Professional appearance and punctual attendance
- Willingness to learn basic credit terminology and compliance guidelines
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience in an office, front desk, or customer service setting
- Familiarity with tenant screening or credit bureau processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
