This job is IN HOUSE, Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm at our offices in Harrisburg PA. We offer benefits to full time employees. Pay based on experience.

  • Developing and maintaining accurate 3D models for all stages of project development.
  • Producing detailed drawings from BIM models and assisting in design processes.
  • Ensuring all models are compliant with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinating model data and integration with other team members.
  • Assisting in troubleshooting and providing technical support related to BIM software.

Tasks and Duties

The day-to-day tasks of a BIM Technician are diverse and require attention to detail and technical knowledge. The typical duties include:

  • Creating and revising drawings and documentation using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other 3D modeling tools.
  • Conducting clash detection tasks to identify and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
  • Participating in meetings and collaborating with the project team to discuss and resolve matters related to model accuracy and project requirements.
  • Maintaining project documentation to ensure up-to-date project status and compliance.
  • Creating visualizations of future buildings for client approvals and regulatory bodies.
