Egg donor coordination and recruiter

Job descriptions 

1.Customer service; 

2.Supervision of the donation process, embryo creation, genetic analysis and endometrial preparation follow-up; 

3.Psychological support for medical contact with specialists in prenatal care, drafting and updating physical and virtual medical reports. 

4.Management and coordination of medical staff； 

5.Relationship with suppliers.  

Job requirements: 

1.5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare and fertility；2.Proven success in managing regional operations, leading teams, and achieving business goals； 

3.Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams； 

4.Familiar with IVF fertility industry and has local egg donation resources, network and legal procedure； 

5.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred； 

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills； 

7. Fluent in English and Spanish.
