Candidate must be able to multitask and be able to problem solve. Assistant is able to provide essential support to an office by handling various tasks like scheduling, filing, and managing correspondence. They are responsible for maintaining a smooth workflow and supporting the overall efficiency of the office environment.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management:.Opens in new tabCoordinating appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring accurate scheduling and communication.
- Document Preparation:.Opens in new tabCreating, editing, and distributing documents like memos, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Data Management:.Opens in new tabMaintaining and updating databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Office Organization:.Opens in new tabKeeping the office clean, organized, and well-stocked, including tracking inventory and ordering supplies.
- Communication:.Opens in new tabAnswering phones, taking messages, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Filing and Record Keeping:.Opens in new tabMaintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring accurate records are kept.
Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
