Marketing & Business Development Manager

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for outreach, storytelling, and relationship-building. You’ll lead all marketing and revenue-generating partnerships across Terzo Group’s portfolio. This role blends strategic marketing with sales-minded business development — ideal for a creative, entrepreneurial thinker, someone who’s equally comfortable crafting a campaign strategy, building a pitch deck, or reaching out to a venue partner or wedding planner.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing (50%)

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing plans across social media, email, website, PR, and advertising
  • Own content calendars and brand storytelling in coordination with designers and photographers
  • Support event marketing for weddings, pop-ups, and in-house programming
  • Manage brand collateral, signage, menus, and promotional assets across venues
  • Track and report on engagement, audience growth, and campaign ROI

Business Development (50%)

  • Lead outreach to wedding planners, hotels, event producers, and corporate partners
  • Manage inbound event and group booking leads; develop proposals and follow-ups
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities (brand collaborations, activations, retail partnerships)
  • Build and maintain a CRM of contacts and prospects
  • Attend relevant industry events, tastings, and networking mixers as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in marketing, business development, or brand partnerships (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving engagement and securing partnerships or clients
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Social media and email marketing proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a startup-style environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments
  • Comfort with cross-brand thinking and executing across multiple concepts

Bonus Skills

  • Event production or catering experience
  • Graphic design or content creation
  • Familiarity with the NYC wedding or events market
  • Relationships in the hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate space

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 based on experience
