Role Description
We are looking for an onsite speech-language pathologist near Antioch, Illinois. The speech-language pathologist will conduct assessments, interview parents, lead meetings, coordinate sessions, and provide individual or group therapy. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, track progress data, and evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client needs.
The position is for the 2025-2026 school year.
- 2 days a week at upper-grade school
- A student group of about 16-20 students on the caseload.

Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Pass background check
- State (TX) license as an SLP
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess and diagnose various delays/ disorders
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Experience in administering various assessments
- Experience in providing individual and group therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
