Position Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Operations Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other business unit leaders. This non-technical, entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates in Business, Architecture, Communications, Marketing, or related fields who want to gain hands-on experience in executive support, sustainability, and consulting.
This position begins in person at our Washington, DC office and offers flexibility to shift to hybrid or remote work following onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
- Manage calendar, meetings, and internal/external communications
- Organize digital files and assist with proposal formatting
- Support client coordination, communications, and document prep
- Register Title 24 reports and interface with clients
- Assist with business development and internal operations
- Interface with clients
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Architecture, Communications, Marketing, or a sustainability related major
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Interest in sustainability, engineering, or consulting
- In-person availability starting July 2025
- Willing to participate in an in-person interview in DC

We have a flexible work schedule but a minimum if 4 days in the office is required, and casual office setting located in the Georgetown neighborhood, Washington, DC.
