As a full-time Sales Representative, your role is foundational to our sales efforts. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated ability and willingness to interact with a wide variety of clients and customers. While we are seeking a full-time, office-based Sales Representative, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel to engage with customers in multiple forums, including in-person meetings and trade show events.
Reporting to our Director of Sales, you will build and develop a sales strategy focused on developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive new growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generates leads and grows existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
- Develops and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products, researches client needs, and identifies how our solutions can address those needs
- Leads solution development efforts that best address client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
- Creates and executes against innovative and creative sales and marketing strategies
- Sells through partner organizations in coordination with partner sales resources
- Maximizes sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs
- Monitors sales programs and KPIs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness
- Achieves weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in B2B Sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 35% of the time
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and HubSpot (or equivalent).
