We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketer with hands-on experience in B2B marketing strategies and Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition through various B2B channels. This candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic, boost conversions, and increase brand visibility across various online platforms, including Amazon and other retail media networks.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform campaign development
- Develop B2B marketing campaigns to generate leads and build client relationships
- Work cross-functionally to create tailored content for B2B prospects
- Create and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns and CRM updates
- Develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns across various platforms, including digital ads and social media content
- Devise and execute Amazon Ads campaigns and similar campaigns across other RMNs
- Manage creative assets and product page optimizations; develop and deploy A/B tests
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure product listings are optimized for SEO and conversions
- Create reporting with actionable insights on key B2B and campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience in B2B marketing practices, with an understanding of lead generation, email marketing, CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent), and content creation
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (e.g. CTR, ROAS, ACoS, CPC, CVR)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
