High School Spanish Teacher - Vista PEAK Prep 9–12

Vista PEAK Prep 9-12 (VPP) has an opening for a high school Spanish teacher to teach Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 classes beginning the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full time position that begins July 25, 2025 for new teacher orientation. The first day of school is August 6, 2025.
The world language department at VPP consists of five Spanish teachers, two ASL teachers, and one Italian teacher.
Current salary schedule - Please note, the district and the Aurora Educators Association have agreed on new contract terms which will include ȧ 5% increase to the current salary schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Holds a Colorado teaching license or is currently eligible for one with the appropriate endorsement for this position
- A completed Human Resources file including transcripts, student teaching verification, previous work experience
- NOTE: Vista PEAK Prep has innovation status and in some circumstances, may be able to hire candidates who do not currently meet all requirements listed above.
