Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) to join our team. In this role, you will provide supervised counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families, supporting clients through mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic services under supervision of an LPC-Supervisor.
Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and/or group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
Participate in regular supervision and apply feedback to clinical work.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members when necessary.
Uphold professional ethics and standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Must have passed requirement examination for LPC
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
