Hours: Minimum 6 Hours per week (Some work can be remote)

About Brooke House Academy:

Brooke House Academy USA is a Full Time Academy combining Soccer and Education for Elite Level Youth Soccer players.

Students of Middle School and High School Age will complete training and performance work each morning, followed by online education in the afternoon.

Brooke House Academy USA opened its first USA campus in 2023 in Maitland with now a further site in Jacksonville and now opening in Tampa August 25. The Brooke House Brand originates from England; home to a Full Time International Soccer Academy within a school setting. The highly reputable, and prestigious Brooke House England has developed over sixty-five players into the Professional Game.

Our focus is to offer elite level training program for each student, while delivering excellence in the classroom.

Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual who is keen to gain hands on experience within the soccer coaching industry. This role is perfect for a current student or an individual recently graduated to apply their learning in a practical field to enhance the Brooke House USA soccer Program through working with our Academy players.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Coach with planning and setup of sessions
• Assist Head Coach with delivery of sessions
• Lead parts of an outfield session
• Work with Academy players to breakdown technique from their ILP's
• Assist players and performance staff with physical work
• Be inventive and create new ideas of how to deliver sessions
• Be part of an elite and professional environment in line with Academy values

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements: 

Essential:

• Completed or currently undertaking a degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience working/playing within soccer
• IT Competent with relevant software
• Positive and passionate to work with young athletes

Desirable:

• Previous experience of working within a similar role
• Previous experience of working with young people in a professional setting
• Additional training/qualifications within the soccer field
