Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join our team and lead a roster of 12–15 creators. This role is equal parts sales driver, brand strategist, and team leader. You’ll be responsible for hitting quarterly sales goals through active pitching, identifying new partnership opportunities, and building long-term strategies to grow your talent’s business. You’ll also directly manage an Associate Talent Manager (ATM), providing mentorship, oversight, and guidance to ensure flawless campaign execution. Job Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Partnerships
- Own a quarterly sales goal tied to your roster and lead with outbound pitching to secure brand partnerships
- Proactively identify new opportunities for personal and full talent rosters that align with each creator’s brand, voice, and audience
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, brands, and industry partners to foster long-term deals
Lead Talent Strategy
- Develop annual strategy plans for each talent with clear business goals, marketing direction, and growth pathways
- Meet regularly with talent to review progress, adjust goals, and align strategy with evolving trends and personal vision
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Special Projects to bring creative opportunities to life
Manage a Direct Report
- Supervise and mentor an Associate Talent Manager (ATM), including weekly 1:1s, performance feedback, and daily prioritization
- Oversee the ATM’s execution of campaign deliverables, ensuring a high standard of communication and quality
- Empower the ATM to grow as a strategic contributor and future leader within the company
Oversee Execution & Performance
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns from pitch to payment
- Track monthly and quarterly bookings across your roster and intervene when performance lags
- Bring a solutions-oriented mindset to problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration

Minimum Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience and/or influencer management experience
- Passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, understanding that this role may involve responding to communications during evenings and weekends
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure
- Commitment to our organizational values
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Education/Training
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
