Sales Development Representative (Entry Level)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The primary focus of the SDR will be on outbound lead generation, targeting our healthcare market. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and other creative means, with the goal of setting up discovery calls for our Account Executives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients using phone, email, social media, and other creative channels.
  • Help identify and qualify leads to set up discovery calls for our Account Executives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to learn how to accelerate the sales process and expand our market reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of your outreach activities in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with new and existing leads to keep them engaged.
  • Meet monthly goals for lead generation and discovery call scheduling.
  • Learn about our products, services, and healthcare industry trends to better connect with prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, and or related field
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable making phone calls and writing emails.
  • Eager to learn sales strategies and build relationships.
  • Ability to make multiple outreach attempts daily with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Team player mindset, ready to collaborate and grow.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
