Micro-Transit Systems Manager

Seminole County is moving toward delivering innovative, cost-effective, rider-focused public transportation.  This includes a robust on-demand door-to-door public transit system in the form of mircro-transit.  

Micro-transit represents a modern, flexible approach that utilizes smaller vehicles that delivers shared rides based on real time requests, not fixed routes or schedules.  This exciting opportunity will oversee the County's micro-transit vendor to ensure the highest level of service delivery to Seminole County citizens, visitors, and businesses.

Under general supervision, plans, directs, supervises and coordinates planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract management activities related to Seminole County’s Micro-transit system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the system, while also overseeing the performance to guarantee exceptional passenger experiences. Administers and refines the operations, policies, and procedures.
