MW Experiences is a global leader in bespoke, high-end events, and we’re expanding. We’re looking for two elite commission-based Sales Representatives to join our team and drive growth by selling transformative luxury experiences to corporate leaders, high-net-worth individuals, and global brands.

Who We’re Looking For

• A true closer with a strong sales track record, ideally in luxury, events, or high-ticket B2B/B2C

• Commission-driven and self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mindset

• Excellent communicator with presence, polish, and emotional intelligence

• Relationship builder with access to or experience working with HNWIs or corporate networks

• Passionate about luxury, storytelling, and delivering unforgettable experiences

Your Role

• Sell bespoke luxury experiences to corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and global travelers

• Build and manage your own pipeline using warm leads and self-sourced prospects

• Collaborate with the creative team to craft tailored proposals that convert

• Represent MW Experiences with professionalism, poise, and purpose
