School Psychologist fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
The San Diego Unified School District is seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist who is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to join our team working with both DHH and hearing students.
Salary: $100,693.83 - $145,470.96 Annually

Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral evaluations
•Develop and implement individualized interventions and strategies to support students' academic and social-emotional growth
•Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement evidence-based instructional programs and accommodations
•Provide psychological services to students, including individual and group sessions
•Consult with parents and guardians to support student success and provide resources and referrals as needed
•Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student support plans
•Stay current with best practices in school psychology, including research-based interventions and technologies
•Travel to various sites, professional development sessions, workshops, and meetings as required
