Neurodiverse Program

 

The Neurodiverse Program is designed to recruit candidates from the neurodiverse community.

 

ServiceNow Intern (Hybrid)

 

The position will provide the intern with the opportunity to learn about ServiceNow Fundamentals, ITIL Framework and ServiceNow workflows.

 

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Help develop training materials and provide support to users during the transition to the new ServiceNow instance 
  • Test the new ServiceNow instance to identify and report any issues or bugs
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights into the performance and usage of the ServiceNow platform
  • Work closely with various teams, such as IT, customer service, and knowledge management, to ensure successful implementation and training
