Sales/Business Development-100% in our Bloomington MN office, no relo provided. This is not a tech/IT or programming role.
Base salary of $60K with established income potential in the $100,000-$175,000 range with biweekly earned commissions.
Schoenfelder Renovations Inc is a 33 year nationwide, award-winning General Contractor. We’re based in MN, and renovate hotels, senior living and student housing in 46 states. We seek a vibrant, self-starter, who loves the chase to join our team in BD and account management to increase our nationwide renovation footprint.

Overall, this role will develop a strong sales pipeline through building and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities and close them by securing a bid for upcoming renovation work.
Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Conduct market research to identify potential clients in new and existing revenue streams
•Develop all clients, moving them along the sales cycle towards renovation project bid creation
•Lead generation calls and emails daily, including cold calls
•Collate and maintain all client details and progress in HubSpot
•Attend client meetings as needed via video or actual travel.
•Estimated travel 3-4 times/year
Qualifications and Experience
•Proven track record with 3 years of relevant business development experience
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and other relevant software
•Demonstrate strong communication skills interdepartmentally to implement growth strategies
•Must be confident and attentive when cold-calling and participating in video calls
•Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude and understand phone/meeting etiquette
•Systematic/process-driven mindset
•Ability to think and act independently as the client conversation unfolds
•Strong focus on action and results, self-motivated
•BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience is considered
Working Environment
•In office Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, consistent, reliable attendance required • Ability to self-motivate in personal workspace • Must be local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul MN area • Business casual attire required with jeans on Friday’s.
Compensation
•We will happily celebrate your success with a base salary of $60,000 plus biweekly payouts of earned commissions. Established earning potential of a minimum $100,000 to $175,000 per year.
