Temporary Program Coordinator - Young Adult Services (YAS) - $21.25/Hr      
Closing Date: 06/16/2025  

FT 40 Hr/wk Coordinates communication and activities on varied shifts for 24-hour residential program. Provides residential support to Program Participants, improves quality of life, enhances leisure time activities, and assists participants in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include training new employees, charting, medication cueing, and providing services related to service participant’s IRPs. Documentation of services in the Electronic Medical Records System (EMRS). CNA/HHA/PCA/PCT preferred.  
Worksite: Norwich  
Hours: Sun - Thurs, 2:45 pm - 10:45 pm 

Education and Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent work experience in the provision of mental health services
  • Work experience in the provision of mental health services preferred
  • Valid CT Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance
  • Good driving record
