The First 90 Days:

Freight Ops Bootcamp: Lanes. Urgency. Pricing. Carriers. You'll learn the game before you play it.

Floor Time: Shadow dispatch, ops, and account managers tracking real freight in real time.

Sales System: You’ll get daily coaching, scripts, objection training, and targets.
