Real Estate Lease Administrator

LEASE ADMINISTRATOR

 

Description

Join a dynamic commercial real estate development and investment firm located in Ridgewood, New Jersey with exposure to mixed used, retail, industrial, and multifamily real estate life cycle. A family-based office that includes Architecture, Construction and Ownership of an award-winning portfolio.

Role

Seeking a full-time entry-level lease administrator to support the Director of Leasing and Asset Management. This role has the potential to lead to Project Management and Real Estate Agent licensure. 

 

Qualifications & Opportunity

The successful candidate will possess the following:

·        Candidates must be extremely organized and capable of multi-tasking

·        Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.

·        Superior attention to detail and deadline oriented 

·        The ability to independently manage multiple projects in an accurate and timely manner

·        Must be a team player with a desire to work in the office and on the field

·        Strong written and oral communication skills

·        Promote best practices, procedures, and processes for organizational efficiency

·        Strong interest in the Real Estate industry

·        An undergraduate degree is required, please provide GPA on your application

·        Driver’s license a must

 

Responsibilities

·        Provide administrative support to the Director of Leasing

·        Create and maintain leases, renewals, and lease abstracts

·        Perform tenant administration and relationship management 

·        Maintain and follow-up on property and project task lists

·        Create and maintain active listings for real estate vacancies through online platforms

·        Provide property tours and show vacancies as needed

·        Create and disseminate real estate marketing campaigns

·        Provide project support to other officers of the team as needed

·        The company operates in-person, Monday – Friday

Our office resides in the fly loft of a historic theater above the stage and at the rear of the building where scenery set designs and props were once stored.
