Real Estate Analyst

Desired qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree.  A degree in Business, Economics, or Mathematics is a plus but not a requisite.

Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong Word and Excel skills.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Basic knowledge of financial and economic principles.

Commercial real estate experience preferable but not required.

Physically able to travel to and participate in property visits.

Narrative of Duties*

The Real Estate Analyst position is a full-time professional position in our practice.  The position is available in our Honolulu office and the ideal candidate would reside in Honolulu County.

Duties include market data research (on-line and field), assistance in creating financial models, participating in site inspections, interviewing property owners and real estate brokers, analyzing zoning and other land use controls, analyzing tenant leases, reviewing other legal documents and third-party reports, and ultimately narrative report writing.
