AmeriCorps VISTA Communications and Outreach Associate

Affordable Housing Centers of PA is hiring an AmeriCorps VISTA as our Communications and Outreach Associate for the service year of August 2025 - August 2026. 

If you're passionate about housing and excited to spend a year supporting stable homeownership opportunities for families in Philadelphia, you could be a great fit! This position is an opportunity to grow your professional skill set, work directly with communities, and make a lasting, positive impact!

The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in marketing (including design and copywriting), community outreach, and data collection.

Benefits: AmeriCorps provides a $957 bi-weekly living stipend. Additionally, AHCOPA provides a $500/month housing stipend and relocation assistance. AmeriCorps VISTA members also receive EBT benefits, health insurance, and upon completion of their service year, the Segal Education Award which can be used to pay off student loans or for higher education tuition.
