Position Description:
We’re hiring a Client Engagement Specialist to work in a busy wholesale club environment. Your job? Engage with customers, share wireless options, and help them find the right solution — all while hitting your sales goals and having a great time doing it.

This is a commission-based sales role — the more you sell, the more you earn. If you're friendly, dependable, and ready to work hard, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Responsibilities:

• Strike up conversations with customers on the floor and promote wireless services and devices.
  
   
• Provide clear, helpful information about plans, promotions, and phones.
  
   
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  
   
• Keep the display area clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  
   
• Work closely with a supportive team and get daily coaching to sharpen your sales skills.
  
   

Qualifications:

• No previous sales experience needed — just a positive attitude!
  
   
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  
   
• Self-starter who enjoys setting and reaching goals.
  
   
• Comfortable standing and moving around during your shift.
  
   
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
  
   
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  
   

Benefits – Pay:

• Hourly base pay PLUS uncapped commissions!
  
   
• On Target Earnings (OTE): $800–$1,200 weekly, depending on your sales performance.
