TCC is looking to expand its Corporate FP&A team; we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the team in our Irving office to take ownership of our entire Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet, driving strategic decisions that shape the future of our organization. HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:

  • Own the Financial Backbone: Take full responsibility for managing the entire P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strategic alignment.
  • Master Cutting-Edge Tools: Leverage Adaptive Workday and AI-powered demand planning models to forecast and budget across 500 stores.
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Enhance financial reporting processes, delivering actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis, profitability modeling, and trend identification.
  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with senior operations, HR, and executive teams to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize budgeting, forecasting, labor scheduling, and OpEx planning.
  • Innovate Relentlessly: Generate creative solutions to streamline planning efficiency, improve accuracy, and contribute to a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Lead Month-End Close: Oversee critical financial processes, delivering consistent and meaningful variance analysis to guide decision-making.

 

UNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or a similar field
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles including financial statements
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a sharp focus on quality. Must be able to work with big data.
  • Strong financial acumen including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to present data in a logical, concise manner
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills working with multiple levels of management
  • Ability to multitask and a strong work ethic based on a desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to create and manage complex models
  • A zeal to learn and a ‘Get it Done’ attitude.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in finance, consulting, or analytics, or equivalent education and experience
  • Prior knowledge of Adaptive Insights or Workday system
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with demand planning tools
  • Technical proficiencies: SQL, Power BI, R, statistics

 

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for at least 2 years. We do accept candidates who are currently on their OPT and have 2 years remaining on their current OPT status.

 

The position will initially be on-site (TCC Corporate office, Irving, Texas).
